Auditions will be held Saturday, October 10 and 21 for Civic Theatre of Allentown's annual holiday tradition, Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." Newcomers to Civic Theatre and vocalists in particular are encouraged to audition.

Please note, the role of Scrooge has been cast.
Audition Dates:
Saturday, Oct. 10, 10am: Young Actors, grades 1-4
Saturday, Oct. 10, 11am: Young Actors, grades 5-8
Tuesday, Oct. 21, 6:30pm: Grades 9-12 & Adults
Doors will not open until 9:30am

Rehearsal Dates:
Rehearsals will begin Monday October 26. Actors must present their conflicts from October 26 through December 19 on their audition forms. Any actors with a leading role must be available for all performances.

Paper copies will be available at auditions for anyone who has difficulty accessing the Google Form. If you plan to complete a paper copy, please arrive early enough to allow time to complete the form before your audition, and be prepared to list all known conflicts between from October 26 through December 19.
Each auditioner should bring a photo of themself, not necessarily a headshot.
All auditioners will be asked to sing a few bars of a traditional well-known holiday song or the song of their choice acapella and may be asked to read from the script.

Auditions will be seen on a first come, first served basis. There will be no appointments. Please plan accordingly.
